Make sure the band is sitting flat against your ribcage and not on your breast tissue. Don’t worry if you’re looking a little squashed or droopy, we’re able to fix that!

Reach down into your bra, scooping the breast tissue into the cup. If you bra has any fabric slings, pull them up and forward, making sure they are sitting flat. Do the same for the other side.

Tighten the straps
If you notice the cup cutting in or if you aren’t quite filling it, try tightening the straps. This will lift the apex, bringing the fabric flush against your chest and will position your breast perfectly within the cup.

Tweak anything that doesn’t feel comfortable. When your fit is right, your nipples should be centered in the cup and facing forward, giving you that perfect, supported shape.
