How do I organise a return or exchange?

To organise an exchange or a refund simply enter your last name and order number (XXXXX) in the respective fields on our Returns & Exchanges page to lodge your return.

You then just need to complete the steps and download and print the returns form that needs to be included with your package. You will find the returns address on the top left hand corner of this form. This form will also be emailed to you as an PDF attachment in your return confirmation email.

All returns must be in their original condition, with their garment tags and labels in place.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day period for returns & exchanges for products purchased on our website (excluding briefs and nursing pads). All products must be returned in their original condition, with their garment tags and labels in place. You can view our full returns policy on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Do I need to pay for return postage costs?

The cost of sending the garments back to Cake for a refund or exchange will need to be paid by the customer, please see our Returns & Exchange page for our full returns policy.

What address do I send my return to?

When lodging your return online there is a prompt to download your ‘Returns & Exchanges’ form that is to be included with your return. You will find the returns address on the top left hand corner of this form. If you missed this while lodging your return it is also included as an attachment in the return/exchange email confirmation you received.

We have return facilities in the US, UK and Australia. The address for the relevant returns facility for your country will be displayed on your Returns & Exchanges form. 

Can I modify or cancel a return once submitted?

No you cannot modify or cancel a return once submitted. You will need to contact us at support@cakematernity.com to cancel or modify a return once it has been submitted.

Can I return something I purchased from a third-party retailer?

Only products purchased directly on our website can be returned or exchanged by us. If you have purchased Cake product from a re-seller or another retailer, please contact them in relation to their terms, warranties, returns & exchanges.

How long does delivery take?

International orders are sent via UPS Express and generally arrive within 2-6 working days. Australian orders are sent via AusPost and generally arrive within 2-6 working days. See our full shipping info and delivery times by country on our Shipping page.

What are the shipping charges?

  • Australia – FREE Shipping
  • USA – Free Shipping on Orders Above $50, under is $15
  • Canada – Free Shipping on Orders Above $70, under is $15
  • United Kingdom – Free Shipping on Orders Above £50, under is £7.80
  • Europe – €15.00 for most parts of Europe with others at €20.00
  • New Zealand – NZ$15.00
  • Rest of the World – Most countries at US$20 or as calculated during checkout

We also offer an economy shipping option to selected rest of world destinations. Economy shipping sent via local carrier as a tracked service with no signature upon delivery. Delivery is approximately 3-10 business days depending on destination. Please refer to the checkout page for postage cost calculations for your region.
